Reigate Muay Thai currently run classes 6 days a week for adults and 4 days a week for kids at our sister location.

Muay Thai (or Thai boxing) is a combat sport that combines stand-up striking with various clinching techniques. This discipline is also known as ‘The Art of Eight Limbs’, because it combines the use of fists, elbows, knees and kicks. Naturally, Muay Thai is incredible for fitness and conditioning as well as self-defence.

We’re proud to offer an exceptional level of Muay Thai training at Reigate Martial Arts, taught by Kim, a retired professional Thai with over 300 fights under his belt.
